A Bushey man has been charged after £30,000 of heroin was discovered at a property after a police stopped a car resulting in a raid.
Ebenezer Daramola, 39, of Otter Place, was stopped by officers while driving in Bushey in a Porsche Cayenne at around 10.30pm on April 2.
After a search revealed cocaine in the car, police then raided his home where they found heroin worth an estimated £30,000, three stolen Blue Badges and a fake driving licence.
Daramola was arrested and charged with possession with intent to supply Class A drugs (heroin and cocaine), handling stolen goods and possession of an article for use in fraud.
He was remanded into custody and will appear at St Albans Crown Court on Thursday, May 2.

Sergeant Dave Perkins, of the Operational Support Group, said: “These types of operations are continually being conducted to disrupt the drug supply networks in our towns.
“A lot of planning and intelligence work goes into this type of covert work that often goes unnoticed but is key to stopping drugs from getting on to the streets."
He urged the public to report any suspicions about drug dealing in their area to help police "build up a picture of intelligence and take action".
